Information for bus companies

Please report your arrival with sufficient time (at least three days notice) using the overleaf response fax to Düsseldorf Marketing & Tourismus GmbH. You will receive a written confirmation with map and location of your assigned parking place. We can only guarantee parking places close to the Christmas Market and shopping streets to registered buses. The parking facilities at the exhibition centre will be used as an overflow parking area. Your guests will be provided with free tickets for the underground should you be assigned there (Travelling time to the city centre from the exhibition grounds by underground: approx. 14 minutes).
